Members of the DAO participate by voting each quarter where the charity’s treasury dollars are spent. That way no one individual is in control of the organization and all viewpoints are heard. Membership is achieved by purchasing a Colorado CodeMedic NFT on OpenSea.

DAO’s by their very nature are public organizations, who’s business is auditable and verifiable on the public blockchain. Activities, proposals, members and current treasury funds and distributions are all available for review
