The Blu Fund Awards Alley Cat Allies $100

The Blu Fund DAO and its members have been working diligently over the last several months. Based on current fundraising efforts, a $100 disbursement was decided on and several worthy animal welfare organizations were nominated. We are happy to announce that the Q1 2023 fund disbursement has been provided to Alley Cat Allies, a cat advocacy, trap neuter return (TNR) and animal welfare program based in Bethesda MD.

As a decentralized autonomous organization, the Blu Fund’s members gather and vote each quarter where funds raised are allocated.

Alley Cat Allies is the global engine of change for cats. We protect and improve cats’ lives through our innovative, cutting-edge programs. We are seen around the world as a champion for the humane treatment of all cats.

We work toward a world where every cat is valued and protected and every community and shelter has policies and programs to save their lives.

The Blu Fund is a animal charity DAO inspired by the Betty White challenge. Founded in January 2022 it has worked on fund raising by creating NFT generative art projects.
